What exactly do I receive?

I have never studied French. Is this for me?
Yes. The course starts from zero and is written for English speakers. If you already know some French, you can start at the lessons that match your level.
What is the difference between the plan lengths?
None in content — every plan is the complete course. The length is how long you keep access to your library, to updates and to the extra material published during your period.
Is there audio or a certificate?
The course is written PDF lessons, with pronunciation taught through simple sound-alike spellings. It is self-study material and does not award an official qualification such as DELF or DALF.
How quickly does it arrive?
Your download link is emailed within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived after 15 minutes, check spam and promotions, then email us and we will re-send it.
Does it renew automatically?
No. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You are only charged again if you place a new order.
Can I get a refund?
